Clowns of America International The purpose of Clowns of America International (COAI) is to share, educate, and act as a gathering place for serious minded amateurs, semiprofessionals, and professional clowns. COAI provides its membership with a variety of techniques and informational opportunities. It is through this exposure that clowns are provided the necessary resources that allow them to further define and improve their individual character. Don and Dingbat have been members for over 15 years.

Society of American Magicians (SAM) The Society was founded on May 10, 1902 in Martinka's famous magic shop in New York City, New York. S.A.M. is the oldest and most prestigious magical society in the world. For nearly a century it has promoted the ideals shared by Kellar, Houdini, Thurston and over 30,000 others world-wide who have held membership in the Society. The ideals include the elevation of the Art of Magic, the promotion of harmony among magicians and the opposition to the unnecessary public exposure of magical effects. Don the Clown has been a member since 1963. Don and Dingbat have attended several S.A.M. conventions.
