1. I will send you an invoice via eBay within 24 hours of the auction's close. If you win multiple items and would like combined shipping, please email your address so that I can recalculate the shipping costs.

2. I accept PayPal, money orders or checks. If you pay by personal check, there will be a waiting period of about 10 days before items are shipped to allow check to clear the bank.

IMPORTANT !!

Please write the Auction # on your CHECK or M.O. I ship through the United State Postal Service. Items will be shipped parcel post or first class,  which usually takes 7 to 10 days. If you need an item quickly we can ship priority mail, but this may require additional shipping charges. I do include a small handling fee as part of the shipping to cover the cost of my time and packing supplies. I try to ship the day after payment is received, unless it is a personal check.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:

For items shipped parcel post and first class mail, a USPS delivery confirmation fee of $.55 will be Included in the shipping and handling fee. This is due to the fact that a confirmation number is needed by PayPal if a complaint is filed for non-delivery. It is the only way to prove that the item was delivered.  We do not charge a fee for the use of PayPal.

BUYING POLICY:

1. Payment is to be received within 10 days after the close of the auction. Failure to do so will result in re-listing the item and a non-bidder pay alert issued. But if you let me know that you need more time we can work something out.

2. Returned check fee is $20.00

SHIPPING POLICY:

Bidding constitutes that you have read and agree to all of my terms and policies. If my posted Shipping & Handling fees are not acceptable to you, then please DO NOT BID on this item. For vacation rentals there is no shipping fee.

I use weight of the packed item to determine shipping cost and then add a small handling fee, to cover the cost of box, bubble wrap, my time, etc. I will combine shipping for multiple items won on the same auction day.  If you want Insurance (for items shipped to the U.S.A.) please add $1.30 to your payment for the first $50.00 and make sure you request the insurance with your check, money order, or PayPal payment. At times I will required you to insure the item. If items are not insured, it is the buyer's responsibility for lose or damage. 

REFUND POLICY:

IF AN ITEM HAS TO BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, I WILL REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDLING. AGAIN I THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
